Families delay calling an ambulance because they are afraid of the bill. So here is the whole policy in one place: what the fare covers, what is never charged extra, and how billing works.
Rate card
What each vehicle class includes.
Base fares below cover the first 10 km; distance beyond that is charged at the published per-km rate. The total is confirmed on the call before dispatch.

What we never charge for

Billing and receipts
Every transfer gets a GST-compliant itemised receipt, usable for insurance claims and corporate reimbursement. Payment can be made by cash, UPI, card or net banking.

The fare we quote is the fare you pay.
Families delay calling an ambulance because they are afraid of the bill — and in a cardiac or stroke emergency, hesitation costs more than money. Our fare policy is deliberately boring.
No surge, ever
The 3 a.m. fare equals the 3 p.m. fare. No night multiplier, no festival multiplier, no peak-demand multiplier.
The full amount, before we move
The dispatch officer states the total on the call — base fare, distance, vehicle class and escort. Not a 'starting from'.
Equipment and paramedic included
Oxygen, monitoring equipment and the attending paramedic are part of the ambulance, not a line item discovered afterwards.
Traffic is our problem, not your bill
If the vehicle is held up in traffic, the fare does not change.
An itemised receipt, every time
GST-compliant and issued for every transfer, so it can be used for insurance and corporate reimbursement.
If you are ever quoted a figure that differs from the rate card, call the billing desk on 7044550059 and we will correct it in writing. That applies to partner-operated vehicles too — every partner signs the same fare undertaking before a call is routed to them.

Questions about ambulance charges.
How much does an ambulance cost in India?
It depends on the vehicle class, the distance and the equipment the patient needs — not on the time of day or how urgent the call is. We publish a fixed rate card and state the full total on the call before dispatch, so the amount quoted is the amount billed.
Do you charge more at night or during festivals?
No. The 3 a.m. fare equals the 3 p.m. fare, and festival weeks are billed exactly like any other week. There is no surge multiplier in our system.
Is oxygen billed separately?
No. Oxygen, monitoring equipment and the attending paramedic are part of the ambulance, not separate line items added after the transfer.
What happens if the ambulance gets stuck in traffic?
The fare does not change. Delays caused by traffic, diversions or waterlogging are our operational problem, not an addition to your bill.
Do you provide a receipt for insurance or reimbursement?
Yes. Every transfer gets a GST-compliant itemised receipt that can be submitted for insurance claims or corporate reimbursement.
Can hospitals and companies be billed monthly?
Yes. Hospitals, corporates and event organisers can be set up on invoice terms with consolidated monthly billing instead of paying per transfer.
